New kids

There's Always new kids at your school!! Talk to them! Even if they seem mean, it's probably just a cover for being nervous at a new school. Start a conversation by saying, "Hey, are you new this year?" And lead on from there starting with introducing yourself. It can be fun talking to new people!! They might seem really shy at first, but once you get to know them, they might be just as loud and crazy as you. :)
